Carmine red powder, is a water-soluble pure natural pigment without odor.Light resistance, acid resistance, strong heat resistance(105ºC ), reduction resistance,bacterial resistance is poor.Carmine is soluble in water,red in aqueous solution.
soluble in glycerin, slightly soluble in alcohol, insoluble in oil.Magenta can be added to 30 foods, including sausage casings, soy milk drinks, shrimp crackers, candy wrappers and ice cream.
According to (gb2760-2014) regulation: the dosage of cochineal red is the same as maranth.Candy colored clothing and soybean milk beverage 0.1g/kg, casing 0.025g/kg
