saccharin sodium, also called soluble saccharin, saccharin sodium salt, with two Saccharin sodium Crystallization crystallization water, colorless or slightly white crystalline powder, generally contains two crystallization water, easy to lose crystal water and anhydrous saccharin, white powder, odourless or micro aroma, strong taste bitter sweet. Sweetness is about 500 times of sucrose. Heat resistance and alkali resistance is weak, heating under the condition of acidic sweet gradually disappear, the solution is greater than 0. 026% are the bitter taste.

Character: White or colorless crystalline power or granules, odorless and soluble in water.
